Policies & Service Guidelines

  • Payment Policy

    Payment is due in full before the first appointment begins. Cash, check, or Venmo is accepted.

  • Cancellation Policy

    • 72+ hours notice: 100% refund
    • Less than 72 hours: 25% of the total booked visits is charged
    • Early returns are not eligible for refunds

  • Holiday Cancellation Policy

    Holiday bookings require 14 days notice for cancellations or changes. Less than 14 days results in a 50% charge of the total scheduled visits.

  • Holiday Rates

    • Major Holidays (day of): +$10 per visit
    • Day before & day after: +$5 per visit
    • Holidays include Easter, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day

  • Minimum Visit Requirements

    To ensure pets' health and well-being:

    • Dogs without doggie doors or pee-pad training: minimum 3 visits per day
    • Dogs with doggie doors or pee-pad training: minimum 2 visits per day

  • Additional Fees

    • 3 or more pets: +$5 per visit
    • Key pickup/delivery: $20 (waived if key kept in lockbox)
    • Pet Taxi: Starts at $25, based on mileage

  • Aggressive Pets Policy

    Owners must disclose any behavioral issues, including prior growling or biting. Service may be refused if the pet displays aggressive behavior.

  • House Sitting (No Pets)

    20-minute visits start at $20 depending on location. Includes watering plants, rotating blinds, alternating lights, trash day accommodation, and bringing mail/newspapers inside.

  • Referral Credit

    Receive a complimentary pet sitting visit when you refer a new customer who books service.
